Now, it seems his youngest son, Barron Trump, won\u2019t be heading into the military either, which has made Americans furious. Why? All because of a medical exemption.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The war in Iran is in full force. US and Israeli troops have bombed several sites, including the capital of Tehran, and during the weekend killed Iran\u2019s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Iran responded, and as of Tuesday, six US service members have been killed. Exact figures about deaths on the Iranian site have not been confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>While Donald Trump and his administration have acted to strike Iran without congressional approval, many have questioned whether the president, who hasn\u2019t served in the army, knows what he is doing.<\/p>\n<p>Neither Donald nor his children, Donald Jr., Eric, Ivanka, and Tiffany, have served in the military, which leaves Barron Trump to possibly become the first of his family to do so.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s well known that Donald Trump avoided the draft several times. For example, Dr. Larry Braunstein, a podiatrist in Queens who died some 20 years ago, diagnosed Trump with bone spurs as a favor to his father, Fred, which helped him dodge military service.<\/p>\n<p>In 2016, Trump revealed that a physician \u201cgave me a letter \u2013 a very strong letter \u2013 on the heels\u201d to submit to draft officials. However, strangely, he couldn\u2019t recall the doctor\u2019s name.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-sendbarron-hashtag-trending-in-connection-to-iran-war\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">#SendBarron hashtag trending in connection to Iran war<\/h2>\n<p>The fact that Donald Trump possibly lied his way out of the draft has not gone down well among many Americans, not least military personnel and their families.<\/p>\n<p>Over the weekend, as the war in Iran began, the hashtag #SendBarron trended.<\/p>\n<p>One user\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/TheRealThelmaJ1\/status\/2028184554583081129\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">wrote<\/a>: \u201cWhy not demonstrate that Trump family spirit of patriotism and sacrifice by sending Barron to fight Iran?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt least someone from the Trump family should demonstrate how patriotic they are by serving instead of grifting,\u201d a second\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/RonFilipkowski\/status\/2028179400823394784\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">added<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Another post\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Lindaonpoint\/status\/2028334574225461337\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">read<\/a>: \u201c#SendBarron. Would certainly send a message of solidarity with our troops, and gratitude for the sacrifices they make every day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>One user\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ndelriego\/status\/2028227268607115409\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">stated<\/a>: \u201cIf you vote for leaders who love war, maybe you or your children should at least be first in line to explain why it\u2019s worth it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Some even criticized Trump\u2019s involvement in escalating the war while remaining safe. One person\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/propjoe757\/status\/2028234661332214233\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">commented<\/a>, \u201cPOTUS is chilling at his own country club while starting WWIII #SendBarron.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-medical-reasons-barron-trump-can-t-join-the-us-military\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Medical reasons Barron Trump \u2018can\u2019t join\u2019 the US military<\/h2>\n<p>The first men drafted would be those turning\u00a0<em>age<\/em>\u00a020 during the calendar year of the lottery. Therefore, as Barron turns 20 in May, he could be drafted. However, it turns out to be that. The youngest son of the president could be exempt from military service. That because of medical reasons, but not in the way you might think.<\/p>\n<p>As Barron stands 6\u20197\u2033, he could be too tall for military roles, especially those requiring you to be in smaller spaces such as armored vehicles, tanks, and airplanes, per the Mirror.<\/p>\n<p>The US Army has a height limit for several positions, which is 6\u20198\u2033, which would disqualify Barron from serving.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you think of this?
